fourpointoh Terms of Service

fourpointoh is operated by IYD Portal, registered at Dubai Economic Department, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

What fourpointoh is

fourpointoh generates practice questions, quizzes, and mock exams from course materials you upload. Questions are created only from your own files and cite the exact slide or page they came from. It is a study tool. It is not a source of medical advice, and it does not replace your course, your professors, or your own judgment.

Your account

You must be 16 or older to use fourpointoh, and if you are under 18 you confirm that a parent or guardian has approved your use of the service, including any paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. One account per person; accounts cannot be shared or resold.

Your files

You keep full ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to store and process your files for one purpose only: creating practice content for your own account. Your files stay private. We never share them with other users, never publish them, and never use them for anything beyond your own study materials.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Course slides, notes, and past papers are usually shared with students for personal study, and using them for your own practice is what fourpointoh is built for. If you upload something you were not permitted to have, that is on you, not us. If a copyright owner contacts us with a valid complaint about specific content, we may remove it, and repeated problems can lead to account closure. Complaints go to support@fourpointoh.club .

Generated content

Questions, explanations, and grades are generated by artificial intelligence. We work hard on accuracy, including a verification step that checks every question against your materials, but AI can still make mistakes. Always verify anything that matters against your own course materials, which is why every question carries a citation. Your grades inside fourpointoh are practice feedback, not academic results. You may use the questions generated for your account for your own personal study.

Fair use of the service

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service, share generated content as if it were official course material, or use fourpointoh for anything unlawful. Credit allowances, course limits, and upload limits for each plan are shown on the pricing page and apply as described there.

Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your plan grants a credit allowance each billing period. Credits stay usable for 2 months from the date they are granted, so unused credits roll over with you, and credits older than 2 months expire. Top-up credits work the same way and are valid for 2 months from purchase. Prices are in UAE dirhams, and the price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay; if VAT becomes chargeable on subscriptions in the future, it will be shown clearly before you pay. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects what you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Refunds

Our refund policy is part of these terms and is published at fourpointoh.club/refunds.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which permanently removes your files and generated content. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and where reasonable we will warn you first.

The legal paragraph

fourpointoh is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including exam results. This cap does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or to any liability that UAE law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. These terms are issued in English. They are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Questions: support@fourpointoh.club.
