Built for medical students

Practice questions written from your own lectures.

Upload the lecture slides, anatomy diagrams and study guides from your medical modules. fourpointoh writes quizzes and mock exams from those exact files, the way med modules are actually tested, and every question cites the slide it came from. Add past papers and it learns your professor's style too.

Your files stay private and are never shared. No trial: plans start at AED 149 a month.

How it works

Three steps, one source of truth

  1. 1

    Upload your course files

PowerPoints, PDFs, Word study guides and photographed notes, organized by course and week, the heavy lecture decks of a med module included. Every slide's text, figures and learning outcomes are read out. That is all it needs.

  2. 2

fourpointoh learns what your slides emphasize

Questions are written from your slides and their learning outcomes, weighted toward what the material itself stresses. Have past papers or old quizzes too? Add them and it also learns your professor's format and topic emphasis. They shape how questions are asked and are never a source of answers.

  3. 3

Practice with questions that cite the exact slide

Quizzes of 15 to 20 questions or mock exams up to 80, in multiple choice, short answer and labeled anatomy diagrams. Every question opens the slide it was written from.

This is what practice feels like

Four questions from a real lecture

Three were written by fourpointoh from a respiratory anatomy deck, checked against the slides, and are shown here exactly as they came out of the question bank. The fourth is diagram practice: click the structure on a figure, the way the labeled anatomy figures in your own lectures become questions. Answer them, then open the source under each one. Nothing leaves your browser.

Questions

The short answers

Do my files stay private?

Yes. Your uploads are stored for your account alone, used only to build practice content for you, and never shared with other users, never published, and never used to build shared question banks. Delete your account and they are gone.

Where do the questions come from?

Only from the files you upload. Every question is written from your own slides and pages and cites the exact slide it came from; a second pass checks each question against that slide and throws away anything the slide does not support. Nothing is brought in from outside your material, except the occasional plausible wrong option on a multiple-choice question.

Can the AI make mistakes?

It can, and that is exactly why every question carries a citation. Open the source, read the slide, and judge for yourself. Grades inside fourpointoh are practice feedback, not academic results.

What are diagram questions?

When a lecture contains a labeled figure, fourpointoh finds the labels and where their arrows land, blurs the label text, and turns the figure into a question: drag the names onto the structures, click where a named structure is, or name the ringed one. Every figure waits for you to check its labels before it can appear in a quiz.

What do the example question sets do?

They are optional: fourpointoh works from your slides alone. Past papers, old quizzes and a professor's sample questions teach it the style of your exams: the mix of question types, the topics that come up, the way stems are phrased. They are never a source of answers. If a past paper tests something your slides do not contain, that fact does not appear in your questions.

How do credits work?

A quiz is one credit, a mock exam is five, and reading an uploaded file is one. Unused credits roll over for up to 2 months, and the oldest are always spent first. Retakes, grading and diagram review are free.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing you made is deleted.

Who is it for?

Medical students first. fourpointoh was built for the way med modules are taught and examined: heavy lecture decks, labeled anatomy figures, learning outcomes that become exam questions. Any student whose courses are taught from slides and documents gets the same benefit, and instructors who want practice questions grounded in their own slides are welcome.

Practice the syllabus you will actually be examined on.
