fourpointoh Refund Policy

Subscriptions. You can cancel anytime from your account and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period or for unused monthly credits, because the allowance is available to you for the whole period whether you use it or not.

Mistakes. Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or anything that looks like a billing error: email us and we will refund promptly once verified. We are committed to satisfying our subscribers.

Something genuinely wrong. If the service materially failed you during a billing period, write to us with what happened. We handle these case by case and we are reasonable.

How to ask. Email support@fourpointoh.club from your account email with the invoice or date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
